Hi everyone! A few weeks ago, I was interviewed for another podcast episode. This one with The Nutmeg Litfest Podcast. I am very honored to have been given this platform to tell my stories as an author and advocate. From April onwards, I have many events booked to sell my books, which I am extremely excited about. I want to thank Janaya for posting the episode at the start of April. For those unaware, April is Autism Acceptance Month, so it was the perfect opportunity to talk about my journey as an autistic author. So please give it a listen, it’s only twenty minutes out of your day.
Keep Telling Your Stories
It’s funny how I met the people of Nutmeg Litfest only a year and a bit ago, and it’s paid dividends through book sales, my booth setup, and building networks and friendships with fellow Indie authors. In fact, this podcast interview on the Nutmeg Litfest Podcast happened spontaneously at a book event; it goes to show that even when you’re not selling books, there are other benefits to being at these events. I’m truly in shock at how far this journey as an author has taken me and how it has helped me grow as a person and as an advocate for the autism community. If you’d like to listen to my episode on the Nutmeg Litfest, I’ll attach the link here. Have a wonderful day, my friends!
