Seizing opportunities typically yields favorable results. I’m sure we were all told by our parents and teachers to take advantage when an opportunity presents itself. The truth is, many people are terrified of failure and simply let the opportunity pass them by. This is a mistake because usually the worst result of taking an opportunity is that you don’t get it or it doesn’t work out. However, the reward could be life changing. You could earn your dream job, make a lot of profit, or accomplish an amazing feat. Seizing opportunities could lead you to places you never thought possible. All you have to do take the chance and bet on yourself.
Opportunities are Out there you just have to find them
I recently did this with my first book signing and I sold fourteen copies. I plan on seizing opportunities to promote and sell my book to reach a larger audience. It would be a great disservice as an author to do otherwise. I have more good news, another opportunity came up as a friend is doing a book sale and invited me to sell some copies next week. In the future, I might do a reading at a school too. These are all great opportunities to either sell my book or extend my influence. It’s a lot of work that requires to step out of my comfort zone, but it must get done because you never know when the next opportunity will come up. Please keep seizing opportunities. They’re out there, all you have to do is look and ask.
